About Grande Communications

Grande Communications

Grande Communications is a Texas-based internet service provider that only serves the state of Texas with cable and fiber broadband services. Even though it is a tiny provider, it serves both residential and commercial clients and serves over 1 million Texas residents!

Grande Communications is a newcomer to the Texas Internet scene. They have to work hard to gain consumers since they are competing directly with major guns like Google Fiber and Spectrum.

This is excellent news for residents in Grande’s relatively limited service region, where the company provides lightning-fast Internet connections and a robust lineup of family-friendly bundle phone, Wi-Fi, and TV bundles.

Grande Internet Plans and Pricing

Grande isn’t greedy, so you’ll get a lot of speed for a low price.

Grande offers cable internet options to suit your needs if you’re fantasizing about a speedier internet connection. Even the most basic package, Power 300, provides enough of bandwidth for 4K streaming, escorting the payload in Overwatch, or binge-watching the current season of The Expanse.
Fiber internet is usually preferred over cable or DSL because fiber speeds are more consistent. However, with speeds of 300, 600, or even 1,000 Mbps, we believe Grande’s cable plans should be sufficient for most people.

Grande Bundles

Grande’s bundle offers are mostly focused on their “Double Play” and “Triple Play” bundles, which include either TV and internet or TV, internet, and phone service in one payment. These plans now run from $59.99 to $129.99 a month and include TiVo integration, HD receivers, and premium channels like HBO and Showtime.

Exceptional Internet

Grande is known for its excellent package prices, but its solo internet offerings aren’t bad too. Plans with a minimum download speed of 300 Mbps are available.

Packages for Grande TV

Although Grande does not promote its standalone TV offers directly, you may discover them on the company’s website. Because of their price, it’s best to get a bundle if at all feasible, and this is by purpose.

That so, you’ll get everything you’d expect from a cable provider, including a strong channel roster, a good selection of premium content, and HD DVR capability.

Grande’s phone service includes unlimited calling to the United States, Mexico, Canada, Puerto Rico, and United States Territories, as well as reduced long-distance rates and complete voicemail assistance. Best of all, for a nominal price, the business enables you to add phone service to any current plan.

Advertised Fast Speeds

One of the most significant aspects of a customer’s experience and overall happiness with an internet provider is connection speed. Customers demand high-speed internet. Grand Communications provides clients with fast speed as one of their excellent characteristics. They have five different bundles to choose from. The five bundles are as follows:

Speeds of up to 1 Gbps are available in Austin, Dallas, Buda, and San Antonio. These high-speed bundles are available from Grande Communications at a very affordable price. The following are the prices for the various packages:

Caps on Data

The good news is that there is no data limit with Grande internet.
Many ISPs limit your data to 1 terabyte (TB), which is plenty for most users. If you’re regularly streaming or downloading online games, though, you may reach the 1 TB limit before the month is over.

With Grande’s unlimited data, however, your speeds will not be throttled, and you won’t receive a passive aggressive email at 2 a.m. on the 28th of the month warning you that you’ve almost reached your data limitation.

Contracts, Fees, and Equipment

Because there are no commitments, you may cancel Grande internet without being charged. Grande Internet does not require you to sign a long-term contract, which we appreciate. Some ISPs offer two- or three-year contracts. And if you break such contracts, you’ll almost always have to pay early termination costs, which may be as much as $240 or more.
If you don’t like Grande, you can say your goodbyes and go home without having to worry about early termination fees or other unpleasant breakup issues.
